Refund Policy

At Modern Voice, we value transparency and aim to deliver exceptional AI-powered software and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Modern Voice are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Monthly and annual subscription fees
  • One-time payments
  • Usage-based billing charges
  • Set-up fees
  • AI credit purchases
  • Overage or pay-as-you-go usage costs

Once a transaction is processed, it is final.

2. No Prorated or Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds or prorated credits for unused time on any plan, including annual subscriptions. Cancellation of service does not trigger a refund.

3. Exceptions

We do not provide refunds for customers who have used the platform, whether in part or in full, regardless of satisfaction or change in business needs.

4. Billing Platform

All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing to Modern Voice, you agree to Stripe's billing policies in addition to ours.

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us at info@modernvoice.ai within 3 business days of the charge. We'll review the case but do not guarantee a refund.
