The insurance industry is one of the most challenging professions, and being a sales producer is one of the toughest roles within it. Leads are expensive, competition is fierce, and most calls go unanswered. Even when you reach someone, it is rare that they are eager to spend time with an insurance agent.

Through our experience owning and operating a Farmers Insurance agency, we discovered a simple truth: every conversation matters. Producers do not get many opportunities in a day, which means each interaction must be meaningful, trust-building, and productive.

We wanted a way to help producers make the most of every call, because more meaningful conversations lead to more sales, more premium, and more customers protected. What we found was that the most powerful tool was also the simplest: role play. Practicing real scenarios, objections, and value conversations gave producers the confidence to keep prospects on the phone, show the importance of proper coverage, and ask for the sale.
